My birthday is rolling around again in May, and while I can't stand the thought of turning another year older, the thought of my dear husband going out of his way to buy his loving wife the one single thing she desires. Yeah right! Like thats going to happen! A girl can dream.
Now if I were to have a birthday wish list, it would consist of one thing and one thing only. The L.A.M.B. Signature Westfield Tote!!!! Just look at it people!!!

Sweater Weather!!!!!!

Sweater Weather is finally here in California! I've been waiting for sweater weather for the past two months and I think it's finally arrived! A couple weeks ago I thought it was sweater weather but it turned out to be a fake out. I put on my comfy warm sweater, and wore it for a little while and turned out to be a sweater beast later.

Oh glorious sweater weather I hope you last!!!!

So come on girls throw on your comfy thin, thick, fluffy, flat, furry, not furry sweaters and enjoy the weather while it lasts!

Holy Turkey Batman!!!!

Ok so I'm going to come clean. I ate like a sloth all weekend! It started on Thanksgiving day of course. Forget the turkey. I'm all about the stuffing and the mashed yams!!! I ate so much of each that I thought I would explode that night. Well the next morning is Black Friday, and like the rest of the nation, I'm up and shopping. You know, working up an appetite. When I get home, all I can think of is a turkey sandwich with mayo, salt and pepper and a huge side of ......yep you guessed it.....stuffing and yams! Yummy! This cycle continued for the next 2 days.

Ok there! Phew, I needed to get that off my chest and I figured a priest in a confessional just wouldn't get it.

Maybe you've been wondering..."Where the heck are the Two Crazy Moms?????" Well, something you all don't know about the Two Crazy Moms is that we loooove to sew! We have been sewing our little buns off the last week in preparation for our first ever Christmas Boutique! YAY!
Fear not! The Two Crazy Moms are as Crazy as ever! We're just gettin crazy at our sewing machines right now instead of our computers!

Anyway, this crazy momma has not been keeping up on her vow to lose 7 lbs. by hubby's fire station Christmas party! So today, I'm back on track. Pushing the water and keeping to my points allowance! Wish me luck!

Also, I'm so excited to start planning my Mothers Day trip to New Orleans with my 2 girlfriends! We visited 9 months after hurricane Katrina and I can't wait to go back and see how things have changed! New Orleans is an amazing city and I'm so excited that we are going back! I know it's a long way off still but hey...what else does a crazy mom have to look forward to?

Ahh yes, we all remember being younger and dreaming of meeting our "Prince Charming". Tall, dark and handsome, driving up to your doorstep in a black Corvette. A perfect 10, right? Riiiggghhhhtttt. Well I did meet my prince. He turned out to be tall, fair, very handsome...only he didn't drive a black Corvette. He drove a red Honda Civic hatchback.
So the other night, my prince and I were having a playful discussion, during which we decided it would be fun to rate each other as spouses. 10 being THE perfect spouse. Never putting themselves first. 1 would of course be a crack head spouse. So we came to the amicable conclusion that we are each good, solid 8's. I was actually rather surprised and really proud of myself when he told me I was an 8. I was thinking 7 at best. So with that he proceeded to tell me that he was now on a mission to become a 9! 10 of course being unachievable and unrealistic. So I said..."You go boy!" More power to him! I then told him that I would not be joining him on this journey to become a better spouse. I told him that I was perfectly happy being a solid 8 as a wife. My life is not too complicated. I do the house work...for the most part, do the laundry...usually, take care of the kids, try to the best of my ability to keep up on my appearance. I'm not expected to do yard work or keep up on the cars...hell, I don't even pay the bills, nor do I want to! So yes, I said to myself, I am going to be the best damn 8 I can be! I'm going to delight in the fact that I'm not a 6 or 7.....I...AM....AN...8!
Fast forward to last night. I had asked my darling prince to please help me retrieve my sewing boxes out of the garage after dinner. He said "ok". We ate, I cleaned up, and he sat down. A few moments later he looks at me, with overly exaggerated "tired eyes" and says..."Do I really have to go out and get those boxes?" I replied, "No, its fine." With that, he sighed and said, "I don't think I want to be a 9 anymore. It's a lot more work than being an 8".
I said, "Thats ok....welcome back to level 8. It's a good place to be."

My kids look like orphans this morning, and I love it. They are running around like wild banshee's, and dressed in mismatched jammies, with dirty feet, and bed head, and are SSSSSOOOOO cute!
I am weird about my kids in public. They have to be as shiny as a new penny with their clothes and the hair done just right when were in public. But apparently when we're in the privacy of our home, and no ones around we like to let it all hang out . Anything goes.
I wish these days would last forever!

Pillow Talk or That Head Smell

I decided to post this here as well as my personal blog because it is just that important to me!

My pillow is my own. I've molded it, shaped it, fluffed it and basically made it what it is today...my pillow. My husband however seems to think that any pillow that may be near is his for the taking. I have asked him repeatedly to please, not use my pillow. Why you ask? The answer is simple, to me at least. I don't like the smell of other peoples heads on my pillow. This seems to be very upsetting to my husband. He says..."So you don't like the way I smell?". I reply..."It's not just you, its anyones head." He doesn't seem to understand the "head" smell. It doesn't matter to me if you just showered. There is a very distinct head smell, and I simply do not want it on my pillow. Am I alone in this people? Do any of you understand what I'm talking about or am I just being mean?

Ugh! I am so sick of looking at that little picture of Christina and I up there! I look like I could give a rats ass about anything thats going on at the moment. There should be a bubble above my head showing my thoughts, which would read..."Take the freakin picture already!". And Christina....girl....whats going on with your hair? It doesn't look like that in real life. All I know is that we need a new picture asap! Sorry for the rant but I seem to be retaining a wee bit of left over pms!

WEIGHT LOSS TIP FOR THE DAY!
Ok now I know what your going to say..."Tell me something I don't know!" but trust me on this one!

EAT BREAKFAST TO GET YOUR METABOLISM GOING!!!

Be sure to eat breakfast each morning to get that metabolism going! Try a veggie and eggwhite omlete or a fat free yougurt with a small banana. I don't like to spend a lot of Weight Watchers points on breakfast as I'd rather have a yummy dinner. Be creative and you can get away with a 2-4 point breakfast thats super filling and will get your body going for the rest of the day!

Let's talk about Billy Mays, shall we? What is it about Billy that makes him the go to guy for infomercials? Obviously he is a pretty charismatic guy. He has a meticulously manicured beard. I suppose he gives off that "every man" air. But, the yelling! For the love of all that is good and holy...the yelling has got to stop. I'm not going to buy any OxyClean just because Billy Mays is yelling at me through my television. There has to be a better way for him to get his point across. I don't know. My mom seems to love this guy (she buys a lot of things that she sees on television). She is all about her bottle of Kaboom!

To know me is to know one thing for certain...I am known for picking bad movies. Now, I say that I am known to pick "bad" movies where as everyone else in my life would tell you that my movie choices are atrociously bad. Some may even consider my cinematic selections to be...say....horrendous. I happen to strongly disagree with this rather unfortunate reputation that has been wrongfully bestowed upon me. But hey, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I suppose.
One thing to know about me is that I love a big budget summer blockbuster and have been known to watch these movies at any given chance and by that I'm saying...if one of these movies are on t.v., I'm watching. Everytime. It doesn't matter that I may have just watched Silence Of The Lambs last weekend. If its on again this weekend...I'm watching! Some of the movies that I have affectionately labeled "Cinematic Treasures" include...Independence Day, Con-Air, The Day After Tomorrow, War Of The Worlds and of course the amazing Armageddon! These are gems among gems in my book. Take Con-Air for example. I am not a huge Nick Cage fan but in this move....please...he can do no wrong. God love him for trying with that horrible southern accent and that long hair. With a supporting cast of Ving Rhames, John Cusick, John Malcovich, and Steve Buscemi....what more could a movie buff ask for??? And don't even get me started on Armageddon! Bruce Willis making the ultimate sacrifice to save the planet and allow Ben Affleck and Liv Tyler to be together...I get chills every single time I watch that scene! All in all, I feel my movie choices are just fine. I mean, yes, Christina had a hard time getting over the time we went to see Bug starring Ashley Judd. But that movie was nothing, if not interesting. And yes, I did take quite a bit of heat when I dragged my friends to see Hostel, but hey, doesn't everyone like a good horror movie? No?

I'll leave you all with my favorite Nick Cage line from Con-Air.
