WEIGHT LOSS TIP FOR THE DAY!
Ok now I know what your going to say..."Tell me something I don't know!" but trust me on this one!

PLAN, PLAN, PLAN YOUR MEALS AHEAD OF TIME!

   Make sure you take the time to plan out your meals for the day!  If your going to be out shopping, make sure you have a solid, healthy game plan as to where you will eat lunch.  This is key to avoiding those nasty times when you get so hungry that your willing to forego your healthy eating habits and drive through McDonalds just because its quick and convenient!  Don't forget to PLAN, PLAN, PLAN!!!
