WEIGHT LOSS TIP FOR THE DAY!
Ok now I know what your going to say..."Tell me something I don't know!" but trust me on this one!

NO HAND TO MOUTH, MINDLESS EATING!!!

   I am totally guilty of this as I am still recovering from my 4 day candy corn/candy pumpkin binge!  It's so easy to fall into this trap.  This is when your at your computer or in front of the television and your picking.  Mindlessly putting food in your mouth without even thinking about it.  Those calories will add up so fast!!!  If your on Weight Watchers theres no telling how many points you just consumed!  JUST DON'T DO IT!!!!
