WEIGHT LOSS TIP FOR THE DAY!
Ok now I know what your going to say..."Tell me something I don't know!" but trust me on this one!

PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE...REALIZING WHEN YOU ARE FEELING SATISFIED...NOT FULL

   This took some time to master and the skill still comes and goes.  While you are eating, be aware of how you are feeling.  Halfway through your meal assess your hunger.  You may already be satisfied.  If you are, get rid of the rest of your meal.  This is such a valuable lesson to learn and has helped me keep the weight off for months now.
